2023 Ramat Negev Kadesh Barnea Kosher Cabernet Sauvignon - Israel (750ml)

This Cab from the Nitzana and Wind Farm vineyards in the Negev, benefits from significant diurnal temperature variations in an arid climate that requires no preventive treatments. Farmed organically and harvested by hand at night, this deep, dark, medium-plus bodied red hits all the classic Cabernet notes of cassis, granite, vanilla and violet with a little earthiness, dried herbs and a hint of graphite leading to a firm, dry, supple finish. Aged 6 to 8 months in American oak barrels, half new, it’s certified Kosher for Passover but not Mevushal. Pairs perfectly with grilled Portobello mushrooms or NY Strip steak!
