Grown sustainably in the southern tip of the Willamette Valley in Oregon, the Iris Vineyards Pinot Noir is delicious and ripe with notes of wild berries and savory spices. A blend from several different vineyards, the grapes are vinified separately before barrel aging in mostly neutral French oak for several months. The resulting wine is medium-bodied and tart with red raspberry and pomegranate, with a nice earthy note. This Pinot Noir will pair well with most things on your table - we love it with roasted beets & hazelnuts or a spiced lamb stew.
