Miss Bennett's Appliqued Spencer Jacket - (Dress Sold Separately) CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY "Miss Bennett's Appliqued Spencer Jacket" is a product of my fictitious account of Jane Austen's vision of the future of fashion, and that's a Miss Bennett with an extra "T" which stands for Time - and a view of the future.  Jane Austen's vision of the future of fashion included the knowledge that women were free to own businesses and inherit wealth and she wanted to represent all that a woman could be in her own power, and with the help of God.   This jacket is hand appliqued and embroidered using zero waste practices.  Jane had to make the most of every bit of fabric and trim that was available to her, and when she designed, it was always with that in mind.  Remember that her new timeline, according to my fictitious writing of her fashion diaries, has skewed her trajectory and she now has knowledge of the future so that she can design anything she wants.
