Premium is special because of the enhanced aroma from hand-selected aurora, golding and magnum hops. It has a crystal clear, dense head of foam with ample lacing. The aroma is mellow with notes of apples and grain. The taste is a light crackery maltiness with hints of apple and a light flaked corn presence.
