This Blessing Smudge Stick has been created to provide you with a wonderful addition to your smudging ceremonies by invoking well being, and blessings of health along with your cleansing.  These smudge bundles are made with a blend of white sage, cedar, and mountain sage.  White sage cleanses, purifies, and sanctifies the area it is burned in.  The smoke of burning cedar is said to attract good spirits and energy while eliminating any negative energies that might be attached to you.  Mountain sage is used to promote new beginnings, strength of spirit, and space clearing.
