Pineapple Pinwheels MESI's handcrafted pineapple pinwheels are hand cut from whole pineapples, ripened to perfection and dehydrated slowly (over 24 hours) to preserve their vitamins and nutritional value. Here at MESI Woodshop & Spice House we use the highest quality fruit, and when possible, we purchase them locally. When handcrafting our dehydrated fruit, we're very selective, and you can taste it!
