4.6 Short Block - Street 600HP 2V & 4V - Cast Iron Block

AT Mesa Balancing Racing Engines  all of our Street and Strip Short Blocks for 4.6 engines are an economical way to add  horsepower with reliability  to your high performance vehicle. These short blocks include: Remanufactured Ford OEM Fully Machined Romeo or Windsor engine blocks and  cast Steel 8 bolt crankshafts (check your flywheel for fitment), New Forged cast  H Steel connecting rods and  your choice of Forged pistons and pins (see piston option and prices in the dropdown menu ), Plasma Moly rings, and High Performance King , Clevite or ACL rod and main bearings. These short blocks are rated up to 600hp safely,  although we customers making more power with these same packages.  a We can build these with a variety of pistons to obtain the compression ratio of your choice. Each short block is surface prepared by steel sh
