Spell out a name, a phrase, or even a happy birthday wish with this customizable small papel picado. Banner Details: Pick anywhere from 1 to 20 characters for your custom papel picado. (Price will adjust based on size of the banner and how many characters.) Please make sure that your chosen message matches the number of characters you purchased.  e.g. a banner that reads "Mema" is four characters. e.g. a banner that reads "Mema!" is five characters. *Please note if you are adding a period to a prefix, you do NOT need to count that as a separate character. e.g. "Mrs. Lopez" is 8 characters.
