These delicious dried tomatoes have an intense flavor and a wonderfully chewy texture.  Preparation: Rinse dried tomatoes thoroughly prior to using or rehydrating. If not using in a soup, sauce or stew, Dried Tomatoes should be rehydrated before use. Rehydration Instructions: Place dried tomatoes in a bowl, add boiling water to cover, and rehydrate for about 10 minutes or until al dente. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to other dishes.
