The Medit Shield Program is the new name for Medit’s warranty service. The Total Shield Program, which includes both the initial and extended warranty, is limited to a maximum of 5 years. • Devices with a 1-year initial warranty can be extended by up to 4 additional years.• Devices with a 3-year initial warranty can be extended by up to 2 additional years.
