Description The 400 individual “Support Pods” separate the mattress into three specific pressure redistribution zones; Head, Heel and Trunk. The bottom layer is high-density compression resistant foam to support weight distribution and extend the mattress life. The Low-Shear III cover is a 4-Way Stretch low moisture, super durable, breathable, fluid-proof fabric that wipes clean for easy care while protecting sensitive skin against friction and shear damage. After disinfecting, clean the cover surface using a soft cloth dampened with soap and water to remove disinfectant residue from sleeping surface The bottom section of the mattress cover is slip-resistant for the patient’s safety.
