Cutino Sauce's Jalapeño sauce is made using fresh jalapeños which, when fully ripened turn red and develop a beautiful deep sweetness. Tomatoes and carrots add to the sweet heat, while onion, mustard and lime round out the flavor into the perfect balance of a mild flavorful burn.   A FATHER, A SON,AND A LOT OF TIME. For years he kept the recipe to himself, and only trial and error and Jacobs’ persistence allowed him to recreate his own version.
