Client must have previously spoken to trainer Corey Vereen before purchase to confirm the date, time and location of your workouts. Workout Description: 1 workout session per week for 45 - 60 minutes (depends on how quickly the client gets the drills done). (4 weeks total) Objective: The workout sessions will focus on position specific movements and techniques geared towards making plays. Expectations: Client will be responsible for bringing necessary equipment to complete the workouts (i.e.. gloves, cleats, water etc.). No refunds, No exchanges
