Box measures approx 16" x 5". You will have to glue it.  If you do not like gluing things and prefer items that snap together without glue then I do not recommend this file for you. Use clamps and rubber bands to hold while it dries.  This item takes under 2 Glowforge sheets.  I used 1/4" birch. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL THIS FILE.
