McKie Allyson Splint for Wrist & Hand The Allyson Splint is a custom orthosis used to splint the wrist and hand. It is sewn from the same washable, 1.5mm nylon-covered neoprene as our thumb splints and supinator straps. The strapping system and design of the Allyson hand splint counters ulnar deviation and provide support at the wrist and thumb. The pocket of the palm side holds a removable, molded plastic stay to support wrist extension.
