M Series is specifically designed for grinding medium abrasive concrete floors (with a hardness of approximately 5-7 on the Mohs scale).  S Series is specifically designed for grinding soft concrete floors (with a hardness of approximately 3-5 on the Mohs scale).  H Series is specifically designed for grinding hard concrete floors (with a hardness of approximately 7-8 on the Mohs scale).
