Delays filtered voltage signal transmission to receiver by 7 seconds after power-on, preventing initial voltage fluctuations. Integrates 5V DC-DC converter to directly step down main battery voltage for receiver power supply, by passing unstable ESC BEC circuits. (UBEC function: Get power from the main battery, convert the voltage from 9-75V to 5V for receiver.) Maintains receiver power for 1 second after shutdown via built-in energy storage circuit, protecting I/O ports from voltage spikes. Provides anti-interference and overvoltage protection for receiver-output PWM and UART signals.  To protect the receiver from spark interference.  Built-in 9-75V convert to 5V DC-DC Module, even if your ESC is without BEC built in, this module can draw power from main battery to power for receiver.
