Modern curved terrazzo bookend, one side of which is checkered. This style takes about an additional 40 minutes of sanding per piece to reveal the chips and create a smooth, polished finish. Each bookend is one-of-a-kind. Made from Jesmonite, an eco-friendly acrylic resin. Sold as a set of 2. Width: 2.75 inchesHeight: 5.5 inchesDepth: 4 inches Each bookend weighs ~46oz. A few notes:+ Air bubbles form as the Jesmonite cures and these slight variations make each piece unique. + Each bookend is sealed with wax and is moisture-resistant. + I've added cork to the bottom to help it stay put but also to prevent scratches on any delicate surfaces.
