HIGH RESOLUTION PNG (with transparent background) file needed! If you do not provide a correct file no logo will be on the design!  We work Monday - Friday (except for holidays & planned vacations). The turn around time is 15-21 business days to give me time for unseen circumstances but items are likely shipped within 7-10 business days. You MUST follow care instructions as you are responsible for items once shipped! When checking out you are agreeing to these terms and conditions! **ALL SALES ARE FINAL** Returns/exchanges are not accepted UNLESS item is received from shipping company in damaged condition.
