(#02) _ 2-in-1 Chrome + Cat Eye

The 2-in-1 Cat Eye Chrome Powder is an upgraded version of the original Chrome Powder. This new formula can be used as a nail chrome powder, or mixed with clear/colored gel polish to create the cat eye gel! Instruction for Cat Eye Effect: Apply base color (optional). Take a small amount of X GLOSS Gel Top Coat out of the bottle, then mix with a very little amount of pigment. Use a separate brush to apply this mixture onto the nail, DO NOT CURE! Use a Manectic Tool of your choice to create the desired effect, cure immediately.  No extra top coat needed. Instruction for Chrome effect: Apply a layer of X-GLOSS Gel Top Coat, cure for about 45 seconds. Rub the pigment onto the semi-cured top coat surface. Brush off excess pigment. Seal with X-GLOSS Gel Top Coat
