Dico presents the 6-inch cushion sewn cotton buffing wheel or buff pad used for light cutting and coloring. This polishing wheel is made of 100% cotton cloth for consistent performance. This cutting wheel is hand-turned for greater durability and uniform wear. The cushion sewn buffing disc is less aggressive than the spiral sewn but more aggressive than flannel or 1 row sewn. The loose cotton buffing wheels are excellent for light cutting and coloring on nearly all metals and plastics. For best results, use the polishing disc with Dico buffing compound. Use the white rouge polishing compound on stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum; and the sky blue plastic compound buffing polish for plastics and acrylics.
