2021 CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVE BECKSTOFFER GEORGES III VINEYARD Extremely limited production of 278 bottles, individually numbered and sealed in platinum wax, denoting its prestige. WINEMAKING My 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve displays a heady nose of blackberry, cassis, and petrichor that are balanced with floral notes of lilac and stock to complete the bouquet. The palate is broad and expansive with black cherry forest cake, crème de cassis, sweet pipe tobacco, and cocoa powder like tannins. The finish radiates from front to the back of the palate for an impressive 60+ seconds.
