HOW TO 'MAIL IN' FOR SHARPENING

HOW TO - Mail in for sharpening...  1. The best way to package your pair of Shears, is to secure the tip with a rubber band. Wrap the Shears in a paper towel or bubble wrap for extra protection. 2. Place your Shears in a padded envelope or sturdy box. To prevent unnecessary costs and bulk, do not send your Shears in their original box or packaging. 3. Clearly print your name, contact details, and your 'place of business address.' Use insured mail via FedEx or UPS and mail your parcel to Master Shear Sharpener, 17390 Highway 116, Guerneville, CA, 95446. 4. On the same day we receive your Shears, we will give your Shears our 10-point inspection. If necessary, we will communicate with you should there be any extra work that needs to be done to balance or correct your Shears. 5. We will return your sharpened Shears to you at no extra cost, with a tracking number, via FedEx, insured priority mail, to the business address you have provided for us.
