Plus it has a powerful 40,000 BTU's of cooking power AND a 10,000 BTU backburner. This unit is for built-in applications (outdoor kitchens). AOG grills are high BTU appliances and are designed for use in a NON-Combustible cabinet. Cutout dimensions for the 30" model are 30 7/8"W, 19 1/2" D, and 8 1/2"H.For combustible material cabinets, the optional insulating liner must be ordered.
