Olmec-2

Original - Acrylic on archival canvas 16" x 20" I am playing with the idea of blending the floral with a cultural flair. In this case, I imagined going through the tropical forest and discovering the Olmec statues in the background and this is the view as they reveal themselves through the foliage and mist of the jungle humidity. One of my "Bucket List" plans is to actually visit the part of Mexico where these heads were discovered.
