The G0601 5 HP 3-Phase Cyclone Dust Collector employs cyclonic action to segregate heavy dust particles from finer ones, depositing them into a 55-gallon steel drum.Remaining dust passes beyond the 16" diameter impeller and is captured by a cartridge filter crafted from spun-bond polyester, effectively filtering 99.9% of particles sized from 0.2 to 2 microns.Each pleated cartridge filter offers 226 square feet of surface area for efficient air movement, and a transparent plastic bag gathers the fine residue dislodged from the filter, ensuring consistent dust collector performance.Mounted casters on the drum simplify the disposal of larger chips and dust.Key features include a vertical motor support to minimize vibration, an 11-gauge steel blower housing, a 14-gauge steel cyclone body, 360° blower rotation for convenient duct system connection, TEFC Class "F" motor, and a filter cleaning device.The package includes a sturdy steel stand.The optional T10881 HEPA Filter Kit is available for those aiming to capture particles down to 0.3 microns.As with all Grizzly products, the G0601 comes with a 1-year warranty covering parts and ensuring freedom from factory defects.
