Tastes like ripe red cherries, raspberries, hibiscus and clove. Serve with a light chill. Pairs with pizza, tomato based dishes & sauces, anything off the bbq, dark leafy greens and hearty veggies like romanesco broccoli and squash. Method: All the different grapes varieties were pressed and fermented separately, then blended together into a single stainless steel tank before canning.
