
Drawing With Yarn - A Punch Needle Embroidery Workshop Mother's Day edition
Treat yourself and maybe your mom :) to 2 hours of creative work and conversations in my bright and cozy studio in East Austin! This workshop is perfect for beginners and kids 10+. We will be using yarn to punch a hand-drawn design onto monks cloth stretched on an embroidery hoop! This is excellent for someone who want to get an idea on how to get started and does not require expensive equipments or complicated tools. You’ll learn how to design, punch and turn your artwork into an one-of-a-kind accessory. My teaching style is to help you learn the very basics, so that you can go on and create your own punch needle works afterwards. You can do so many things with these basic techniques - the possibilities are endless! My studio workshop class size is kept small with a maximum of 10 participants per group to ensure each person gets quality guidance.
