High-Carbon Chefs Knife with Maple Handle

Here is a 225mm hand forged up-swept Chefs Knife made from high-carbon 1095 steel. This one-of-a-kind, acid etched blade comes in at 187 grams and is about 14.1” in overall length. It’s fitted with a well figured Maple handle shaped in Wa style with a toxic green G10 spacer.
