Wrought Iron Wrapped Chefs Knife

Laminated nickel silver and antique wrought iron were used to jacket the hardened inner core of high-carbon 1095 and 15n29 for this low layer damascus mashup   This high-contrast blade is a lean, medium weight kitchen knife that comes in at 178 grams with a 9.2” cutting edge. It’s fitted with a Spalted Maple handle shaped in Wa style with black resin ferrule.
