247mm Chefs Knife with Dyed Hackberry

This full-tang Chefs knife is made from High Carbon 1095 steel. This blade is long, lean and has a ghosted auto hamon peeking through the blades satin finish. The handle is dyed and stabilized hackberry with Micarta pins and copper lanyard tube. A Custom fit, hand stitched leather sheath accompanies this knife. Bad news- I forgot to stamp my logo into the blade.
