Papua New Guinea Kinmuga Natural (Light Roast)

This is a first for us here at Maple Leaf, we've never had a natural processed Papua New Guinea coffee and this one is a real treat.  We picked this up in our order ahead of the 2024 holiday season and have held this back until a slot opened up for another light roast.  This coffee comes from the same place as our other PNG, our friend Vikram at Benchmark Coffee Traders. There are signature elements of a PNG flavor profile in this coffee -- the caramel, nutty and milk chocolate notes are all present in bits and pieces.  But on top of that, there is a prominent cranberry tone and a winey, almost gummy bear kind of flavor.   WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS If you're normally a fan of fruit forward African naturals, this coffee will be your thing.  While we've had other natural processed, fruit-forward coffees in our lineup before, much like a natural from Central America, this is a different kind of fruity.
