Pass-Through / Inspection Conveyor

Transport, Buffer, Inspect, and Assemble The PCB enters the Pass-Through/Inspection Conveyor from the previous machine and is conveyed to the inspection area. If there is already a board in place for inspection, the conveyor will automatically hold the new PCB at the conveyor's entrance. Once the PCB has been inspected, or manual assembly tasks have been completed, the operator confirms completion by pushing a button, then the board proceeds or waits for the availability of the next machine. If inspection or manual assembly work is not required, the PCB passes on to the next machine, or is buffered until a ready signal is received from that machine. A counter is included with the conveyor to keep a running tally of each board passed.
