
Bagels
IMPORTANT: OUR BAGELS DO NOT CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES AND MUST BE REFRIGERATED OR FROZEN TO PREVENT SPOILAGE. THANK YOU! Our bagels are made the traditional way with a yeasted sponge preferment and a small amount of sourdough starter, with which the remainder of the flour is mixed. After the final dough is complete, the bagels are hand shaped and proof over the next 8-24 hours. Once proofed, they are steam baked, yielding a crisp crust with a chewy bagel interior. The bagels come in dozen or half-dozen packs with choice of: • Plain • 3-seed (sesame, poppy, chia) • Sesame • Poppy • Onion • Cinnamon Raisin • Blueberry • Half Cinnamon Raisin/ Half Blueberry • Mixed Plain and Seeded* *For a half dozen, mixed is two plain, two 3-seed, one sesame, and one poppy. For a dozen, it's three of each type of seeded bagel plus 3 plain bagels.
