Malkoff Headlamp Holder with MDC HA 1CR123 (3 mode) flashlight included.  This Headlamp holder is constructed of heavy duty 1 inch elastic strapping and web strapping with Velcro closures.  The crown piece is adjustable and removable.  The elastic flashlight holders are sized to fit the MDC.
