Siglent SSG5060X-V 10MHz - 6GHz Vector Signal Generator

The SIGLENT SSG5060X-V RF Signal Generators generate analog and vector signals over a frequency range of 9kHz to 6GHz with a 0.001 Hz frequency setting resolution. They offer excellent performance in phase noise, spectral purity, bandwidth, EVM, and output power. The internal IQ modulation generator and waveform playback function make it easy to create even the most complex signal types. They also cover the most important RF band for digital wireless communications and include standard waveform files. The SSG5060X-V’s 5” color touch screen makes controlling the instrument fast and intuitive.
