Brisa Knives of Finland Blade Blank Model- Chef 185  The Brisa Chef 185 is a high quality Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel kitchen knife blade, especially designed for use in the kitchen. The blade is extra wide and the handle is extra long to give a secure cutting experience.  Elmax is a superior stainless powder steel that is known for it excellent characteristics which include edge retention, corrosion resistency and sharpness.
