This base plate is pre drilled to fit the Porter Cable 450, Dewalt DCW600 and the Dewalt DWP611 Compact Routers. It measures 5" x 7.5". The center hole is 1.75" in diameter. It comes with the handles attached. Our base plates are designed specifically for freehand carving wood signs. In most cases they are not made to work with factory made dust extraction ports.
