Its PD port even supports power input from the latest Ultra PoE++ (4PPoE Power over Ethernet) sources, easily handling up to 90 W. Equipped with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports, this PoE Passthrough Switch can power up to seven wireless LAN access points and bridges, VoIP phones or IP video cameras and deliver network speeds up to 1,000 Mbps without an external power adapter. Usable as a PoE extender Thanks to its PoE passthrough technology that extends a PoE connection, this versatile unit doubles the range between PoE source and device from 100 m (328 ft.) to 200 m (656 ft.).
