Cloverhead Red Ale Recipe Kit, 5 Gallon Batch

A beautiful orange/red color, this beer uses Willamette hops to produce a nicely balanced beer that is less malty and more dry than most of the other beers in this category. Very little hoppy flavor, but with a nice clean bitterness, this beer uses rice extracts to lighten the heaviness, and is a beer for drinking many of on a sunny afternoon. We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout. Recipe kits do not come with grain socks/hop socks, or corn sugar for bottling.
