Organic Jasmine Green Tea

Young, hand-plucked organic jasmine green tea shoots are harvested in the spring in south China tea gardens. They are married with hand-harvested fresh jasmine buds. After the tea leaves gently absorb the floral scent, the jasmine is removed, resulting int this delicate and perfectly balanced infusion.   Caffeine: Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. Steeping Instructions: Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling.
