This upgraded service plan includes advanced replacement for any failed parts in order to minimize down-time in the event of a hardware issue. MagStor will ship an advance replacement part the same (or next) day so you can get your MagStor equipment up and running without waiting for a replacement part via our standard return to depot warranty. Definition of Options 1x LTO Drive = Any standalone internal, desktop, rack mounted, or M-Series tape library (not chassis) LTO drive. 2x LTO Drives = Any DUAL desktop, rack mounted or M-Series tape library (not chassis) containing 2x LTO drives.   Tape Library = Any M1000, M2000, M4000, or M3000E (per 3U Module) Tape Library.  LTO drives are covered separately by the other two options.   Advanced Exchange Program
