Our 100% fresh-squeezed extra virgin olive oil is among the best Italian olive oils in the world. This oil is made from the olive varieties Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino. All the olives are harvested by hand and pressed on the same day they are picked, to ensure optimal freshness.  Made by Mama's imported Italian olive oil has a wonderfully peppery, vibrant flavor that holds the complex taste of the land from which its made in every drop. We harvest our oil annually, and only sell our freshest oil to customers. Once the year's harvest has sold out, we cannot harvest olives for new oil until the next year. This ensures we maintain the integrity of our product, but also makes our bottles extremely limited.
