All of the macrame cord that we use is made out of 100% natural cotton!Keychains are approximately 2" x 2". Because they are custom orders, sizes may slightly vary.   Your order has been carefully packaged prior to shipping. In the shipping process, it is common that macrame may shift or even fringe. Do not worry! if you notice any of the fringe, it is fixable by brushing  through the thread with a fine toothed combed. If your item gets dirty, it is best to use a cloth or duster. A damp cloth with water should do the trick! Using chemicals and/or certain soaps can damage the color of your macrame.ALL orders are made to order. This means no exchanges and/or refunds are accepted.
