3-Pack Apple Auto-inject Floppy Gears Tune-O-Gear

MacEffects is proud to offer a 3-pack replacement auto-inject floppy gear.  These co-branded gears are made in Japan in partnership with Infinity Products.   These are replacement second gears that can be used with Omron motors (see photos 2 and 3) for MP-F51W and MP-F75W. Set of 3 pcs, Made in Japan. Note: Cannot be used with SANWA motors (Make sure it is the same as the 4th pic). These gears are notorious for breaking as they age, as shown in the photos.  Without this gear floppy disks will not eject.  A few other sellers offer 3d printed solutions which are low resolution and do not have the same tolerances as originals.   The backlash (the amount of play between gears) is the same as the original (about 0.3 mm with respect to the parent gear), but the gear shape has been redesigned so that the surface load between the gears is evenly applied.
