 Grapes are harvested and transported in small crates. ey are first destemmed andcrushed followed by a soft pressing. e juice then undergoes a cold static settling ofthe must at 8 to 10o C and stored in tanks at a low temperature to maintain thenaturally occurring carbonation. e wine undergoes a gentle clarification andstabilization at a low temperature before bottling.                                                                   The finished wine is clean and bright with a redcurrant-pink color and rich aromas ofred and black fruits, such as strawberries, blackberries and black currants over a citrusbackground and fine vegetal notes. Very fresh in the mouth with a balanced acidityaccentuated by a hint of carbonic gas, offering a pleasing palate and a long, aromaticfinish.
