1 Pair of wood plugs will arrive in a cotton filled box. Overall size of the plugs are 1/2" (12 mm) with a wearable size of 7/16" (11 mm). If you have a thicker or thinner lobe and would like a different wearable size, please click here for a different wearable size. If this is the first time you have purchased teardrops, you will want to order the size your normally wear. The circumference around the tear drop is the same as our round plugs. The plugs shown in main photo are 1" (25 mm). The setting is teardrop shape and is center of the plug. Settings are roughly 30 x 20 mm, and will stay the same size on this plug.
