An envelope drop slot must be pre-installed in the wall or door you will be mounting the Drop Box to!Pull-down tray protects envelopes and provides a convenient place for your customers to them fill out, but it does not securely store completed envelopes and their contents - that is what the hole for the drop slot is for. Self-Contained Drop Boxes are sold separately.
