-Check our our new freestyle open session JEWELRY HACK+SWAP MEET Saturday 5/13/17 from 5-7pm with our host partner SUITE 303  at 7 Bond Street NYC. -Bring all your broken jewelry and/or missing parts to this open freestyle session with no formal instruction, we will provide tools, simple findings, beads, leather, strings and our instructors to help you rebuild/repair your piece. -No skills required. -Please note that this is a hands on workshop where you will be working with pliers and other tools.  Please bring readers if you need them for close up work. -Snacks will be served -Swapping with other attendees encouraged, ideal for a group of friends to attend together. -Due to increased awareness of the human impact on our environment and recent concerns over ethical garment production overseas, I wanted to explore new ideas how consumers can incorporate traditional craft techniques and applications to what they already own and refresh our belongings for  a more relevant and stylish upd
