The notion of featuring the gesha varietal as a component of a blend is almost unheard of, but we thought we would present this beautiful varietal along with a pair of Ethiopian coffees, all in the pursuit of presenting something unique.   The Blend A three part blend, featuring Fina La Santa Maria, a honey processed gesha from Colombia, along with a natural processed heirloom blend from Basha Bekele, an award winning farmer in Sidamo, and an intense candy-like anaerobic natural from Yirgacheffe. Each of the components have inherent fruity and floral characteristics, together the results are stunning.
